Lynn-Rose is proud to be an IB School World, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).

International Learning Opportunities

Lynn-Rose is part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), a focused, growing and financially secure network of 50 schools in 15 countries around the world.

At ISP, learning is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that as part of our students’ learning journey it is important that they have the chance to experience learning outside of the classroom and connect with other ISP students across the world. Student Life

Athletics

Long-standing member of the Small Schools Athletic Federation (SSAF)

We've year round Intramural sports here at the school during the lunch hours so that all students can enjoy the benefits of sport with their peers and classmates.

For the experienced and competitive athlete, we compete in many individual and team sports throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons against other members of the SSAF at various locations in the GTA.

Music

We believe in nourishing the students enthusiasm for the Arts

Our Music Programme starts in the Junior Prep. Programme where students will begin using Orff (percussion) instruments until Grade 3, where we introduce the recorder.

In Grades 4 and 5 the students will be trained on the violin. Starting in Grade 6 and for the duration of the programme the students will be able to select their own band instrument on an annual basis.

Spring Production

An opportunity for children to express themselves on the highest stage. Our elaborate Spring Production is second to none in the GTA and is of professional quality.

Held annually at the Meadowvale Theatre, our staff of educators become writers, directors, lighting and sound engineers, and stage crew members to provide students with a learning experience that they simply could not enjoy anywhere else.

Our Schools

Lynn-Rose is an IB World School which recognizes each student’s particular way of learning. We select teachers who are flexible and varied in their teaching methods and timelines. This flexibility in programming will allow students to achieve the expected outcomes in a manner conducive to their learning styles.

Your child's progress is very carefully monitored. Our school is duly inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education and follows guidelines for Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Pre-K to Grade 6

Our Primary Years Programme (PYP) is the foundation your child needs to maximize their potential growth moving forward. With a skilled team of active and versatile faculty, your child gains the academic base necessary to succeed in an IB curriculum, the self-confidence required to advocate for themselves within that environment and the self-awareness to understand how they learn best within the classroom.

Lynn-Rose Upper School

Grades 7 to 12

Middle Years Programme - MYP (Grades 7 - 10)
Our MYP blends the comprehensive and structural foundation of the PYP. Our experienced facilitators assist each individual student to manufacture the necessary level of independance, academic discipline and desire to achieve their goals. Upon completion of the programme, your child will be in an optimum position when selecting their post -secondary school, and eventual career choices.
